About the position


Are you passionate about mining, technology and customer success? ⛏️💻
At Antara, a leading mining software company, we are looking for a Customer Success - Mining Customers to drive real value from our platform in strategic accounts in the mining sector.
Your purpose will be to ensure that our customers get the maximum benefit from Antara solutions, strengthening long-term relationships and ensuring sustainable results.

In this position

  • You will be the strategic ally of the assigned mining accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, adoption and achievement of objectives.
  • You will monitor orders, maintenance, traceability, logistics and critical processes from the Antara platform.
  • You will detect operational alerts, coordinating with suppliers and technical teams to resolve deviations.
  • You will facilitate progress meetings, training and workshops for users and operational leaders.
  • You will gather feedback from customers and collaborate with the product team to drive continuous improvements.
  • You will prepare executive reports on usage, adoption, performance and SLA compliance.
  • You will visit mining sites as planned, strengthening relationships and field presence.
  • You will identify opportunities for value expansion (upselling and cross-selling) in active customers.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, key account management or similar roles.
  • Ideal experience with mining or industrial clients.
  • Technical knowledge in mining processes, traceability, plant logistics and dispatch.
  • Familiarity with maintenance, asset management or industrial ERP platforms or systems.
  • Availability to travel to the field and provide on-site support in mining regions.
