If you have experience as a Product Owner and are passionate about technology and innovation, this position may be for you. Your main mission will be to execute key tasks that accelerate Antara's ability to scale its traceability offering and ensure maximum profitability of the onboarding process.

We are looking for someone with a strategic vision, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive the development of digital products in an agile and challenging environment, with experience and knowledge of the mining industry.

In this position

What will you do in this role?

  • You will align the company's strategic definitions with the product roadmap.
  • You will ensure that the product's profitability is met.
  • You will collaborate on the design of rapidly deployable products and optimize the customer-facing deployment strategy.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external clients to identify needs, align them with the product vision and its value proposition.
  • You will be in direct contact with our clients, understanding their challenges, to define the implementation and evolution strategy of the product, as well as conducting executive demos.
  • Lead and execute Primary Product Discovery in new markets, including designing and conducting in-depth interviews with prospects and customers.
  • You will monitor product development results through metrics and indicators.

  • Advanced English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, internal and external clients.
  • Exclusive experience in technological solutions for the mining sector.
  • Knowledge of innovation methodologies and processes.
